CREW Builders provides a Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling process that begins with lease negotiations, all the way to project completion. This process will show roles and responsibilities for all involved in order to ensure communication, on-time completion, accuracy, and overall success of the project. Individual Tasks

WIth the heart of the CPM schedule, there is a list of individual tasks that must be addressed to complete the entire project in a timely manner. The individuals are associated with the tasks they are responsible for in the project, and these tasks are examined utlizing other CPM components to obtain a clearer status of the projects schedule.

The CREW Builders team will make sure that key decision makers and project stakeholders have a clear understand of who is involved in what parts of the project who will then also ensure proper updates and communication so everyone is on the same page and the project stays on track.
