This 7,441- square foot tenant improvement was completed within the 10-week set schedule. Crew Builders was tasked with remodeling an existing space, for a complete build out. This included complete demolition of interior walls, framing/drywall, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical and premium finishes . The build-out plan was based on an open concept office space that incorporates a sense of spaciousness with an exposed ceiling and ductwork.
