Highlands Plaza Spec Suites

Highlands Plaza spec suites features four contemporary suites with custom finishes to perfectly reflect the future tenants brand. The suites feature exposed and semi exposed ceilings, high end finishes, and roll-up doors all come together to create open and collaboratice office spaces. The scope included demolition of majority of the interior walls, lighting, flooring, and HVAC. The suite now have all new HVAC, revorked sprinkler system, new flooring ,new lighting, new ceiling tile and grid, paint, and new custom millwork.
